This Mediterranean style home is surrounded by 5 acres of lush tropical vegetation opening on its own stretch of waterfront. The villa offers incredible privacy with amazing views of pristine Bottle Creek lagoon and its out-islands. It is the perfect spot to capture the cooling breezes off the turquoise waters.

The house is composed of two separate living units, each with its own cooking facilities. These may be rented together or separately.

Belle Roche offers an ideal base from which to explore the unspoiled wonders of the Turks & Caicos:

• kayak or windsurf or kitesurf on Bottle Creek lagoon
• snorkeling / scuba diving
• bicycling or hiking among the natural wonders of North Caicos
• exploring neighboring Middle Caicos
• hanging out in the hammock by the water!

Main House:
(Sleeps 3 - 4 adults)

The Main House provides comfortable recreational space for 6-7 people. A large dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, as well as a washing machine in the basement. The main outdoor deck, with spectacular views of Bottle Creek holds two chaise lounges and an outdoor table, seating four.

The separate Master Bedroom Suite, accessed via a covered breezeway, is equipped with a queen-size bed, and its own master bathroom with dual sinks and a cathedral-like glass covered light-well shower.

Additionally, the Main House has a futon double sofa-bed and loft area.

The Guest Cottage at Belle-Roche is accessed via a night-lit stone walkway. It is equipped with a queen-sized bed, bathroom/shower, living area and kitchenette.
