Reservations, Terms, Conditions
Rates: Rates are based on 7-night stays and include a golf cart. The indicated rental rates, meals and beverage purchases are subject to a 10% government tax and a 10% service charge. Rates may vary during Holiday periods. Rates do not include telephone, transfers or meals.Ra tes quoted in USD.
Meals: Home rental guests can either cook for themselves or, at an additional charge, enjoy the Club's dining facilities (details available at the Front Desk.) A meal plan from the Meridian Club may be purchased for $100 per person per day.
Meals may also be purchased singularly. All dining reservations must be made the day prior.
Transportation: Transportation to Pine Cay from Provo is primarily by boat at a cost of
$200 per Boat trip ($400 roundtrip)
and airport taxi to marina, approximately $ 32 per passenger and $14 dollars for each additional passenger each way. A taxi will from Providenciales Airport to the marina takes 15-20 minutes. The Pine Cay Boat from the marina to the Pine Cay takes about 15-20min. The approximate cost per couple is $464.
Availability: The Club is closed from August 1 to October 31 each year. Confirmations are based on home owners approval.
Children: In some cases, children under 12 years of age are permitted to stay in rental homes. However, they are not allowed at the Club’s dining facilities. Children under 18 are not allowed in the upstairs bar area after 6:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult family member.
Pool: There are specified hours for pool use.
Deposits:
Except during the Christmas period, reservations are secured by deposit at the time of booking in the amount of three nights rental charges. The deposit will be applied toward the first night and last two nights of the reservation. The deposit may be charged to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express or paid by check. Checks should be made payable to “The Meridian Club” and sent to:

Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, for reservations in the high season months of December through March, upon written notice of cancellation to The Meridian Club, Limited at least 45 days prior to the date of scheduled arrival, except that we will charge a 4% service fee. At least 30 days notice is required to cancel all other reservations and the same service fee is applicable. Cancellation notices should be faxed to (649) 941-7010 or e-mailed to reservations@meridianclub.com. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or prevented because of delayed, canceled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. To cover such eventualities, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
Settlements of Accounts:
Accounts must be settled prior to departure. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are the preferred method of payment. However, cash, travelers' checks and personal checks are also acceptable.
